Met Eric at a studio in Memphis in the mid 90’s. Such a kind soul and immense talent.

I was at KIVA Studios, his room was set up Studio C?, maybe 1992? They had the big room, middle studio, and Joe Walsh's "Office". A lot of big names have been in the building, but all I saw was a fridge full of Taco Bell Sauce.

Very cool. A lot of Celtic feel can be produced with the open D and fretting the 14th, 12th, 11th, 9th ,5th and 4th on the G. Get some hammer on's and pull off's going on that G while droning that D string. Good stuff 👍
